ORONO, Minn. — Genmar Holdings Inc. has sold a marina the company owned on Lake Minnetonka in Orono, according to a report in the Minnesota business daily Finance & Commerce.

The $3 million deal closed on Nov. 30. The 3.28-acre property has 111 boat slips, Finance & Commerce reported.

Commercial real estate broker NorthMarq, which represented Genmar in the deal, is also marketing boat manufacturing facilities in Florida and Oregon for Genmar, but neither has sold yet.
