2010 MDCE poised for more growth
For two years running, the Marine Dealer Conference & Expo has more than doubled in growth, and excitement is already building for what promises to be a bigger and better 2010 event. With 743 total marine industry leaders in Orlando for the 2009 event, the MDCE saw 199-percent growth over the year prior; and with 439 dealers on-hand the dealer-focused event saw a 122-percent increase in it’s main audience — yes, even despite the poor economic climate.
The 2010 MDCE will return to Orlando from Nov. 15-17, and it will be hosted at the Rosen Plaza Hotel and the Orange County Convention Center. Stay tuned to Boating-Industry.com and this Web page for regular updates on MDCE developments.
Meanwhile, please use the following resources to review the results of the 2009 MDCE. You can access the news articles that charted the event’s progress; a number of Boating Industry staff blogs that were related to the event; individual written session reviews; and eventually, images from the 2009 event and the audio files from each session. Additionally, many dealers have already implemented a good deal of what they learned at the event. Watch for the February issue of Boating Industry magazine to get a full glimpse of the MDCE’s impact on the marine industry.
Looking forward to 2010!
